Error code 40000, my Anti Virus, Firewall caused the problem, had to suspend protection to enable the patch to start properly but at least it's working now, hate having to do that though.

On a different note, what did you all fill in for religion/belief system in the census, I'm not a Jedi Knight like the fad from previous census, I'm Brunnen-G

Just saw on msn that India's population is in the region of 1.21 billion, think they are catching up with China quite fast ... expect ever higher global food prices.

A little research gave 2012 as the year that global population is expected to hit 7 billion.

I did put Jedi the last time, left it blank this time. Looked it up on tinterweb when I got the form, apparently it's law that you can't be prosecuted for what you put in the religious column, something about religious freedom. Did see that something like 390,000 people put it in for the England & Wales, making it the 4th largest religion (not counting "no religion" and "don't want to say"), but they still refuse to recognise it as an official religion.

Apparently Turbine are taking over the running of LotRO from Codies - still trying to figure out if it's gonna be a good thing or not

ooo wasn't it the case that we were denied things available in the States cos of Codies getting in the way? Maybe the LOTRO app on my iPhone will be useful for a change

Premium accounts don't get anything, VIP (whether paying monthly or lucky enough to have a lifetime account) get 500 turbine points a month.

Someone worked out that if you spent 250 euros on Turbine Points (a lot less than you would've spent if you'd been pay monthly for the last 4 years) you could buy everything in the store and still have some points left over for the future.
